SWEBOK: Adjustments for Education

Workshop Summary The workshop will present a survey of the current uses of the trial version of the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK) guide in education. From this survey and from the discussions in other workshops, the participants will be asked to work on the appropriate ways to gather more information from the users, and on how to modify the guide in order for it to play its role in education more appropriately. This will include its relationship with SEEK (Software Engineering Education Knowledge) and the list of topics used as a basis for the curriculum.
